Our businesses’ origin dates back to the 1960s and since 2007, Stephan Mödder (MBA) is the second generation to head the family owned company.

Whilst many have entered and left this branch of business in our time operating, we still remain. This on-going trust in our work fills us with great pride and, at the same time, is motivation and obligation to continue delivering this high level of personal service. Even more so as with many clients, our business relations date back to two or even three prior generations.

Mödder & Partner Vermögensverwaltung focusses on wealth and property management. However, such terms fail to include the overall dimension of our services. In our work, we follow a holistic approach that will always focus on catering the property and its owner .
